Referees
The referee assignor for BSL is Al Padly. Al can be contacted at assign@swisra.org or 208 841-3560. Assignments will be made via Arbiter and payment made via RefPay. You will not be collecting money from the teams at the field. Sign in to Arbiter using your Southwest Idaho Soccer Referee Association account at www.thearbiter.net. If you do not have a SWISRA account, contact Al Padly.

Instructions to Referees
Prior to each match, collect a roster and player cards from each team. The roster must have the jersey number of each player appriopriatly marked on the roster. Ensure that you have a player card for every player who plans to take part in the match. No card, no play, no exceptions. A league representative will be on site every game to help reslove roster/player card issues.
Referee game reports will be available from the leage representative at every match. Please fill out a report and record every yellow and red card prior to leaving the game site.
